The eastern boundary is 170th Street, the north is Stony Plain Road and the western edge is Anthony Henday Drive. The southern border is made up of 100th Avenue (to the west of 176th Street) and 99th Avenue east of 176th Street.
About half the homes here were built during the 1970s, but development continued into the 1990s. Most of the residences here are mobile homes, with just a few single family residences available. The neighbourhood is located within easy access of the West Edmonton Mall. Homes here are priced below the Edmonton average, so the prices are good for first time buyers.
