I’ve grown up in a bit of a real estate family, so after finishing my degree at the University of Alberta I was eager to get into the business. My other passions outside of real estate are animals, traveling, sports, food, social media, and enjoying life to the fullest!
As a Realtor®, I’ve encountered numerous clients who come to me with little or no knowledge when it comes to buying or selling a home. They ask me questions like, "Chris, what do the sellers have to disclose to me about the property they are selling?" or "What are my closing costs likely to be?" For the savvy real estate investor these might seem like silly questions, but many people honestly do not know the answers to these questions. My goal for my new website is to provide an online database of information to help educate first time home buyers and sellers. In addition I will also be blogging about great restaurants, amenities, and activities across the city as well as really whatever I feel people might find interesting or useful!
